Wonder and awe: a mindful approach to wellbeing, XR, and storytelling

Medicinal Media caught up with Caitlin Krause at the Games for Change festival in New York City and the Augmented World Expo in Long Beach, CA. 

An innovative, globally-recognized leader in experience design and author of Digital Wellbeing, Caitlin reimagines how we align attention with intention to harmonize technology with life. Her work ignites creativity and connection, offering transformative strategies to navigate challenges, overcome the loneliness epidemic, cultivate joy, and thrive with wonder in the Age of AI. 

Caitlin teaches at Stanford university about technology and wellbeing, helping learners of all ages,  leaders, and teams leverage wellbeing, imagination, and design to form better human-centered relationships with mindful technology.

As founder of the MindWise consultancy, co-founder of the Center of Wise Leadership, and a virtual reality, xr and ai specialist, Caitlin contributes to building products and experiences that promote humanity, innovation and emotional intelligence. 

Caitlin actively guides leaders about effective uses of augmented and virtual reality and immersive storytelling to allow imagination and creativity to flourish. 

Caitlin believes in living a life filled with moments of wonder, and connecting with passion, purpose and presence.
