Kevin Kaarl courageously shared with the Hi How Are You Project and Medicinal Media when we partnered backstage at the ACL Fest. The Hi, How Are You Project is an Austin, TX-based nonprofit organization that aims to remove the stigma around mental health support, one conversation at a time.

Kevin Kaarl is a beloved Mexican singer-songwriter who advocates for mental health awareness and is finding new fans worldwide with his new album: Paris Texas.

“It’s a cliché, but the truth is that when you express yourself through art, it will always, always make you feel better,” he told Medicinal Media last year. “And I feel like it’s good therapy, so to speak.”
