Expand and continue our impactful programs, like the Stronger Together teen support series, where 100% of participants at our first in-person workshops have gained new mental health tools.

Equip families with mental wellness strategies, like those found in our Somatic mindfulness series, Digital therapeutics series, and more. 

Amplify voices by supporting the youth and family storytelling projects, articles, and documentaries that fuel global awareness and foster the community and support needed to combat the mental health crisis.
